Deepak Kumar/Banka. You must have heard about different brands of tea by now. You will also be familiar with the strange names of tea shops. But today we are going to tell about a tea seller whose name is different and his sales are also tremendous. In fact, there is a famous tea shop by the name of Brother Choice near the Krishi Vigyan Kendra, just 3 kilometers away from the Banka headquarters. The person who runs it is Sonu Kumar and sells 500 cups of tea every day. They serve tea to people in three flavours. Due to its location on the main road, there is a crowd of youth drinking tea here. From officials to common people come here to drink tea. The price and quality of tea is all good.
Shopkeeper Sonu told that tea is made from pure milk of cow and buffalo. Boil the milk thoroughly and thicken it. Then make tea from the same milk. Due to which the taste of tea increases. Brother Choice Tea Shop is open from 7 am to 10 pm. People come to the tea shop right from the morning and discuss over tea. Sonu told that out of three types of tea, tandoori tea, lemon tea and normal tea with milk are prepared and served to the people. Tandoori tea is made by heating the cup in a furnace, which is very popular among the people. At the same time, tea is prepared by adding ginger, cloves, lemon and other spices in lemon tea.

Sonu told that he left studies due to poor financial condition. With the help of a friend, I opened a tea shop two years ago. Had to face difficulties in the beginning, but gradually the tea shop became a favorite hangout of the people. Now 500 cups are being sold daily.
